At LungZhong Retreat, we understand that travel plans may change. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring smooth management of bookings.
1. Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation according to the following terms:
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date may be eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date may result in partial or no refund depending on the booking conditions.
- No-Show: If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking amount may be non-refundable.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
- Service charges, payment gateway fees, or taxes may be non-refundable in some cases.
3. Booking Modifications
Guests may request changes to their booking such as date modifications or guest details, subject to availability. Requests should be made at least 48 hours before check-in whenever possible.
4. Early Departure
If a guest chooses to check out earlier than the scheduled departure date, refunds for the unused nights may not be guaranteed and will be handled at the management’s discretion.
5. Force Majeure
In situations beyond our control such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, or travel disruptions, LungZhong Retreat may offer booking adjustments or credits depending on the circumstances.
6. Third-Party Bookings
If a reservation is made through a third-party booking platform (such as travel websites or agencies), the cancellation and refund policies of that platform may apply.
